Intro:

 

Here we are with our NEWEST Newsletter2025 and it looks like fall is finally here.  Temps are cooling and films are getting scarier.  We are currently in the middle of our Halloween Horror month and have had a few guests stop in the studio to discuss horror films. We are currently dissecting the classic universal horror films that appear in our 1001 movie book. 

Current Episodes:  

1.  Frankenstein - We had a new guest join us from the RealReel Talk podcast, Josh Bell as we discussed the original Boris Karloff classic take on the Frankenstein Monster.  It was a great time discussing this with Josh and we are hoping for future collaboration with the great reviewer. 

2.  Dracula  is our current episode that dropped where we covered the classic Bela Lugosi film with our good buddy Cyber . 

3. The Wolf-man - Currently in post production as we work out the next episode in our horror marathon as we discuss the Lon Chaney Jr. Werewolf film with Cyber. 

Upcoming Episodes:  

1. Phantom of the Opera - Our first silent film as the guys look back at the original universal horror monster film starring Lon Chaney Sr. 

2. Alien  -  We are wrapping up Halloween night the 1979 space horror Alien with our friends over at the Grawlix podcast.  Looking forward to discussing this film with a full studio of the Grawlix Crew once again. 

3. Lord of the Rings Two _ Towers parts 1 and 2 We already have this one recorded and have been working on this for a few weeks to hopefully get it out in the month of Nov. 

4. Wizard of Oz - Working on getting  a recording date set with our friend Courtney from Classics with Courtney to come back on to discuss this film before the sequel of Wicked is released. 

5. Tbd - Will need to have a short meeting with the guys hopefully 10/16/2025 to pick out two more movies to review. Looking for guest input as well. If anyone reading this is interested in spending a Thursday night discussing a film from the 1001 movie list we would love to work with you.
